Where?

When?

  • Tuesdays 830 – 12 pm

  • Thursdays 1 – 3:30 pm

What to bring?

  • Bring the device in question.

  • Must wear a mask the whole time.

  • You will be screened at the K Street gate before being helped.


If students are having trouble with their district issued devices, they can come to the CVHS Library for Tech Support on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:30AM-12:00PM.  They do not need an appointment.  Please note that we track which students attend tech support and clear them with attendance automatically.

 

If students state they do not have a district issued device, they can also come during Tech Support hours and check out their device.  Please note that we send robo calls/emails via Infinite Campus to parents about this each week.

 

If you cannot come during Tech Support hours, please email Alicia.Pentz-Lopez@sweewaterschools.org their names/ID#s and she will follow-up with the family directly to accommodate them.

 

If students do not have internet access, please forward their names/ID numbers to Alex Brown Alexandra.Brown@sweetwaterschools.org and she will contact the family to provide reduced price or free options.
