Last week, they finished 3rd place out of 13 schools for the Metro Conference Championships!  Individual place winners were:

•   Nicole Moore – 2nd place
• Natalia Gutierrez and Anaya Rhodes – 3rd place
• Ariana Enriquez, Glennis Lopez, and Marissa Vasquez – 4th place

This past Saturday, the girls wrestled in the CIF Tournament, and we had two girls place:

• Anaya Rhodes – 3rd place
• Glennis Lopez – 6th place.

Anaya’s 3rd place finish qualifiers her for the prestigious Master’s Tournament!

Also, congratulations goes out to our coaches who have done an outstanding job this year!  Darrell McPherren, Brian Halter, and Daniel Topete (all Spartan Alumni) for building the girls side of our wrestling program!
